Honest answer? We start with uncomfortable questions instead of pretty pictures. Most designers will ask what colours you like. We'll ask why someone should pick you over someone cheaper. We're obsessed with positioning first, design second. Because a beautiful brand that doesn't say anything meaningful is just expensive wallpaper.
